Heat Pumps
Looking for an interesting career?
Take a look at our range of opportunities, which is truly wide thanks to the diversity of our production process.
Production Process
We manufacture complete indoor units of air-to-water heat pumps Panasonic Aquarea, both with an integrated tank (All in One) and with an external tank (BiBloc). The production process is very diverse – from flame soldering, through automation of certain production operations by our in-house development team, to logistics of the entire process including purchasing and storage. If you are looking for an interesting job, you can find it in one of our production processes.
Soldering
We solder copper pipes by flame onto heat exchanger bodies and brass flanges.
Bending
We bend sheet metal and shape the structural bases of the product, metal boxes for control units, and other assembly parts.
Component mounting
We mount electronic components onto printed circuit boards – both by machine and by hand. We then test the functionality of the boards on our own fixtures with automated handling, and assemble the pump control units including wiring and connectors.
Assembly
From individual functional and structural parts, we assemble and pack the finished product on production lines. This production process also includes leak testing of individual heating medium circuits and electrical functional testing at automated stations. A team of process specialists ensures the smooth and balanced flow of production operations.
Automation
In our development team, we automate and design assembly and testing processes in production using modern collaborative robots. We build and maintain production lines and equipment, and take care of the entire factory including environmental aspects and waste management.
Testing & Quality Control
We test the finished product and approve individual structural and functional parts as well as the steps of their production process at both suppliers and in internal production. We create and update the bill of materials; prepare documentation for the production of new models, assembly drawings, and testing specifications; and determine the standard time for work. We collaborate with R&D departments in Japan and Malaysia on optimising products and production processes.
We control the quality of individual parts, finished products, and the production process. We take care of customers and address market requirements. We ensure system and product certifications for both products and the factory.
Purchase & Storage
We purchase all parts and raw materials needed for production. We actively seek and close contracts with new suppliers, especially locally in the Czech Republic and the EU. We store production materials and finished products for dispatch, and supply the production lines. We use automatic AGV tow tractors and also operate forklifts, primarily in our own warehouses but sometimes in external ones as well.
The result of our work is Aquarea
At the end of our process are satisfied households with quality air-to-water heat pumps. To ensure this, we pay close attention to quality control and testing of both individual products and components at every step of our production.
Aquarea units draw up to 80% of thermal energy from the ambient air and use it to heat water for space heating, domestic hot water, and optionally for cooling. This innovative, low-energy system is designed to provide ideal home temperatures and a hot water source even in extreme outdoor conditions. Compared to conventional electric heating, our heat pumps can significantly reduce customers' electricity bills.
From April 2023, we began producing outdoor heat pump units in Pilsen. The entire heating system will thus come from a single manufacturing plant, which is another step towards customer satisfaction.
